Projects - School buildings at Mbale

School buildings not completed due to lack of funds.

The headmaster standing outside what will be his office once funding is available. It was planned to have the building as a single-story building however with numbers of the street-children growing so quickly (at the last count 710 children) that have been taken in by the Impact Child Care Programme.

We have suggested that the building should have two floors - this will cost more initially.  It is estimated that the cost will be in the region of £25,000.

There are plans to build a dining hall and medical centre with dormitory accommodation on the second floor;  The cost of this project is estimated at £45,000.
