Lee & Jo's wedding - 21st March 2009

We are so excited about our big day. We feel very fortunate in so many ways and on our wedding day we wanted to share the love (!!), so we have prepared an alternative wedding list in support of two charities which we think are fantastic:

Help Unlimited is run by our friends, David and Susan Radford. Help Unlimited is currently working on a number of projects in Mbale, Uganda to give hope to children orphaned by HIV/Aids

We think that the projects funded by Help Unlimited are amazing. David and Susan have a trusted friend in Uganda, Patrick, who has helped us to put together an alternative gift list to support the orphans in Mbale. Help Unlimited have no administration costs, so all donations received are given to those in need and through Patrick we can guarantee that the gifts that you buy will be delivered to the orphans in Mbale.

1. Completion of classroom block for class I – 3: includes replacing the roof, fixing windows and doors, and painting to make it similar to other buildings at the center.

2. Children’s play grounds: includes grading the lower part of the land near the river to provide the children with a play ground. Also fixing goal posts and swingers for children.
